Ingredients (4p)
- 150g cabbage kimchi, drained and chopped
- 300g vegetarian chicken
- 4 large fried eggs
- 225g cups cooked rice, cold
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 chinese scallion, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt
Process
- Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the kimchi, garlic and soy sauce and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add vegetarian chicken and sauté until cooked.
- Add cooked rice and sesame oil, stir while heating.
- Add salt and top with fried egg.
- Serve with ssamjang and gochujang.
