Ingredients (4p)

  • 150g cabbage kimchi, drained and chopped
  • 300g vegetarian chicken
  • 4 large fried eggs
  • 225g cups cooked rice, cold
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 chinese scallion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt

Process

  • Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the kimchi, garlic and soy sauce and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add vegetarian chicken and sauté until cooked.
  • Add cooked rice and sesame oil, stir while heating.
  • Add salt and top with fried egg.
  • Serve with ssamjang and gochujang.
