Ingredients (4p) 150g cabbage kimchi, drained and chopped 300g vegetarian chicken 4 large fried eggs 225g cups cooked rice, cold 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 chinese scallion, chopped 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tbsp sesame oil Salt Process Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.
