Ingredients (1p)

  • 2 furikake mix
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ lime (juice)
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 100g lettuce (misticanza)
  • 150g pack surimisticks
  • 100g salmon
  • 50g mon chou cheese

Process

  • Slice avocado and add half of the lemon juice.
  • Combine rest of the juice with sesame oil to make a dressing, add some salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix lettuce and dressing.
  • Cut surimi and monchou in small chunks.
  • Add salmon, surimi, monchou and avocado to salad. Garnish with furikake.
  • Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and kewpie mayonaise.
