Ingredients (1p)
- 2 furikake mix
- 1 avocado
- ½ lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 100g lettuce (misticanza)
- 150g pack surimisticks
- 100g salmon
- 50g mon chou cheese
Process
- Slice avocado and add half of the lemon juice.
- Combine rest of the juice with sesame oil to make a dressing, add some salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix lettuce and dressing.
- Cut surimi and monchou in small chunks.
- Add salmon, surimi, monchou and avocado to salad. Garnish with furikake.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and kewpie mayonaise.
