Nori Salad

Ingredients (1p) 2 furikake mix 1 avocado ½ lime (juice) 3 tbsp sesame oil 100g lettuce (misticanza) 150g pack surimisticks 100g salmon 50g mon chou cheese Process Slice avocado and add half of the lemon juice. Combine rest of the juice with sesame oil to make a dressing, add some salt and pepper to taste. Mix lettuce and dressing. Cut surimi and monchou in small chunks.
