Bean Sauce
Ingredients 1 can white beans 1 small can tomato puree 2 tsp brown sugar 2 tbsp cane syrup 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp pimento 150g fat bacon butter Process Preheat oven. Fry the bacon until crunchy. Mix tomato pure, sugar, syrup, vinegar, mustard and pimento. Add half the liquid of the beans to sauce. Butter up oven tray, add beans and cover with sauce.
